Gift Cake – Chocolate Drip Raffle Cake

This chocolate cake is two vanilla sponges filled with a chocolate butter cream. Topped with a chocolate ganache drip and chocolate treats. This cake was baked as a raffle prize for a local pre-school.

This cake is a dairy free vanilla sponge that was made for a hen party. The cake is filled with a vanilla flavoured buttercream and strawberry jam. The vines, flowers, turrets, and doors that were used to decorate the cake had all been hand-made and painted.
