At Cakes by Debbie, we love crafting cakes that bring a little extra magic to every celebration—and this one was an absolute joy to make! For Jordan’s special day, we were asked to create a cake inspired by everyone’s favourite bouncy tiger: Tigger!

The centrepiece of the order was a completely hand-carved Tigger cake, made from rich chocolate sponge with a smooth chocolate buttercream filling. Every curve, stripe, and smile was carefully sculpted by hand to bring the beloved character to life. From his unmistakable expression to his playful pose, this cake was full of personality—just like Tigger himself!

To complete the theme, we baked a batch of fluffy vanilla cupcakes topped with vanilla buttercream, coloured the perfect shade of Tigger orange. Each cupcake was nestled in orange and black cases, creating a striking display that carried the theme through every bite.

Using black icing, we spelled out “Happy Birthday Jordan” across the cupcakes—a delicious message and a perfect party display all in one.

This order was a wonderful celebration of fun, flavour, and imagination. From the chocolatey Tigger centrepiece to the vibrant themed cupcakes, it was a joyful tribute to a much-loved character and an even more loved birthday star.
