Our customer requested a classic coffee and walnut sponge cake, a timeless favourite that is packed with flavour and perfect for marking such a memorable occasion. The cake featured light coffee-infused sponge layers combined with the delicious crunch of walnuts, creating a rich and satisfying treat for family and friends to enjoy.
To make the cake truly stand out, Debbie decorated it with eye-catching blue and gold firework-style toppers alongside elegant gold stars, giving the finished design a festive and celebratory feel.
