A vanilla sponge with a vanilla butter cream and jam filling, decorated with a handmade Tatty Teddy holding a pink birthday balloon, pink icing flowers with a silver sugar ball centre and a black birthday banner with the birthday girl’s name.

The cake also was ordered with two matching pink and Tatty Teddy balloons.
