Hello, cake lovers! Today I want to share with you one of Debbie’s most adorable creations: a vanilla sponge cake with a chocolate buttercream filling and handmade Stitch and Angel characters on top. This cake was made for a customer who is a big fan of the Lilo & Stitch.

The cake consists of two layers of soft and moist vanilla sponge cake, filled and covered with a smooth and rich chocolate buttercream. The cake is then decorated with handmade fondant figure of Stitch, the main character of the Lilo & Stitch.

Debbie also added some more characters from the franchise around the outside of the cake of Stitch and Angel, using the edible printer. The edible printer is a device that can print any image or design on edible paper, using food colouring as ink. Debbie used it to print images and placed them on the cake.
