This 30th birthday cake is two chocolate sponges made with crushed Oreo cookies and filled with a buttercream that has been flavoured with the cream from inside the Oreo cookies.

The cake is finished off with a dark chocolate ganache drip and gold decorations with a mini birthday balloon.
