The cake was made with our signature moist chocolate sponge, filled and covered with chocolate buttercream. To make it extra special, we decorated it with an edible printed road around the cake and edible printed motorbikes on top. The road and the bikes were made with rice paper and edible ink, so they were completely safe to eat.
