Our latest client is a big rum fan and really likes golfing, so the challenge was to try and get both of these themes into one cake.

We decided to create a golf course style cake with green fondant for the grass, biscuit crumb for the bunker and two edible gold balls. We included two small bottles of rum to mimic golf clubs.

This cake really was a hole in one!
