This Mini Cooper Road cake had been made for a Mini Cooper enthusiast. The seven is a salted caramel sponge filled with salted caramel buttercream and the zero is vanilla flavoured sponge with a vanilla buttercream and strawberry jam filling.

The cake is decorated with black and white icing to look like a road, green buttercream around the edges of the seven and the zero to like grass and there are two mini’s racing around on top of the two cakes.
